Steven Perkins is a local filmmaker hailing out of Portland, Oregon. He wrote and directed a dark comedy set mostly in a funeral home entitled Dead Mom Card. The film, focusing on a power struggle between two workers after the death of their boss, is available on Amazon Prime.
