In this exclusive interview, I talk to Turkish filmmaker Tolga Karacelik, who makes his English language debut on Psycho Therapy: The Shallow Tale of a Writer Who Decided to Write About a Serial Killer, starring Steve Buscemi as a retired serial killer who becomes a therapist for an author and his wife.
