Last year’s short film Kung Fury was an exciting homage to martial arts films and 80’s madness from the creative mind of David Sandberg.

On the one-year anniversary of the film’s release, Sandberg has surprised everyone with the following post on Instagram:

Yes folks, Sandberg is planning a Kung Fury II. It is unclear if like the original, it will be done via crowdfunding. The original is quite a delight to watch, especially with the theme song “True Survivor” by David Hasselhoff.
